How does MFA (two-factor authentication) work?

SimplyConnecting supports TOTP-based MFA (Time-based One-Time Passwords). When MFA is enabled for your account:

1. You log in with your email and password as normal.
2. You are redirected to an MFA verification page.
3. You enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.).

A tenant-admin can enable or disable MFA per user from the Users section.
