Every significant action in the application is logged with:
- Tenant name and ID
- Organization name and ID
- User name and ID
- Timestamp
- IP address
- Log level: Info, Warning, or Error
- A description of what happened
Important: These logs serve exclusively two purposes: debugging issues and enhancing platform performance. Access to log contents is restricted to our support team and occurs only when a customer reaches out for technical support.
