There are four roles:
- global-admin: Full access to all tenants and the platform admin panel (app logs, platform stats, tenant management). Reserved for the SimplyConnecting operator.
- tenant-admin: Full access within one tenant: manages users, tenant settings, sees all reports, and approves timesheets.
- user: Standard team member. Can manage projects, tasks, timesheets, and meeting notes within the tenant.
- external-user: Limited access. Can view projects and register time, but cannot access the Reports, Meeting, or Organization sections.
💡 An external-user is typically a freelancer or client-side contact who needs to log hours but should not see internal data.
